Kato HD820R excavator travel motor performance test steps:

When installing the hydraulic final drive motors and gearbox, follow the installation sequence.

Note: The tightening torque of each connecting bolt must reach the specified value. The matching clearance of each component such as gear, bearing and plunger must meet the requirements. After the assembly is completed, the performance test should be carried out. Before the test, it should be in the hydraulic travel motors housing. Perfusion of hydraulic oil.

1 Test with test equipment.

1 operating conditions.

a Speed 10r/min, no-load pressure, positive/reverse 1 min each.

b Speed 20r/min, no-load pressure, positive/reverse 1min each.

c Speed 20r/min, lOMPa, positive/reverse 2min each.

2 test conditions.

a Hydraulic oil: ISO VG #46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.

b Lubricating oil: gear oil.

c Temperature: The ambient temperature is room temperature, the hydraulic oil temperature is (50±5) °C, and the gearbox housing temperature is 40~80°C.

d. The drainage pressure is 0. 08MPa.

3 test standards.

a When the first speed gear position, pressure difference is 25MPa, and the rated speed is lOr/min, the requirements are: volumetric efficiency ≥92010, mechanical efficiency ≥5.83%, external leakage ≤4L/min.

b In the second speed gear position, the pressure difference is lOMPa, the rated speed is 15r/min, the requirements are: volumetric efficiency ≥3.96%, hydraulic motor leakage ≤2.5L/min.

2 Performance test when there is no test equipment at the construction site. Install the hydraulic final drive motors on the machine, connect the pipeline, run the hydraulic motor according to the following conditions, and then perform the performance test.

1 operating conditions.

a Speed 10r/min, no-load pressure, positive/reverse 1 min each.

b Speed 20r/min, no-load pressure, positive/reverse 1min each.

2 test conditions.

Temperature: The hydraulic oil temperature is (50±5) °C, and the temperature of the gearbox housing is 40-80 °C.

3 test standard values.

a No-load driving pressure (pressure difference): (a) in the first speed gear, lOr / min, pressure ≤ 2MPa. (b) in the second speed gear, 20r / min, pressure ≤ 3MPa.
